MorphGlassScope class

Installs a MorphGlassPainter for the measured controls below it.

An inherited theme: a surface presented from below it (a morph flight and its content, an alert, a sheet, a popover) draws with this painter, whichever overlay or route it lives in.

The package's own renderer asked for liquid glass draws flat until the liquid tier is ready; the scope then rebuilds the controls below it, which turn liquid.
